Our production sequence runs from log intake and kiln drying through finger-jointing, veneering, coating, CNC profile milling and final packaging -- entirely within our own facility. No subcontracting means every batch is traceable, and quality checkpoints at incoming materials (IQC), in-process stages (IPQC) and finished goods (FQC) ensure the profile you approved in a sample matches what ships in production.
Honest scope note: finger-jointed mouldings are not recommended for clear-finish/transparent lacquer applications where joint lines would show. We flag suitability during quoting, not after production.
