What We're Not the Right Fit For
We'd rather tell you up front than after a purchase order is in place.
Full Container Load (FCL) Minimum -- Not Suitable for Small Emergency Orders
Our pricing and logistics are optimized for FCL shipments. If you need a partial pallet or LCL top-up for an urgent job site shortage, we're not the right source for that particular order. We are a fit for planned replenishment programs, program stock builds, and project pre-orders where container quantities are viable.
Finger-Jointed Profiles Are Not Suitable for Clear/Transparent Lacquer Finishes
Finger joints are visible under transparent or semi-transparent topcoats. If your application calls for a clear natural-wood finish where grain and joint lines will be seen, solid wood mouldings are the correct substrate. We flag this at quoting stage -- not after production begins.
MDF Profiles Are Interior-Only
MDF mouldings are not suitable for exterior applications, high-humidity environments (such as unconditioned crawl spaces or wet rooms without vapor barriers), or any installation where prolonged moisture contact is likely. For exterior applications, we recommend solid wood or specifically rated exterior substrates.
