Primed White Finger-Jointed -- North America's Primary Spec
Poplar and pine finger-jointed primed white molding is the dominant specification in the US residential market. It is one of our highest-volume product lines and is held to consistent batch color and surface finish standards.
Standard US Lengths: 8 ft, 12 ft & 16 ft
We cut and package to US standard lengths -- 8 ft (2,438 mm), 12 ft (3,658 mm) and 16 ft (4,877 mm) -- eliminating the need for downstream re-cutting and reducing waste at the distribution or job-site level.

Finger-Jointed Molding
Pine and poplar finger-jointed, primed white -- the standard specification for US residential casing, base, door stop and colonial profiles. Consistent joint spacing and surface adhesion across batches.
MDF Molding
Medium-density fiberboard molding profiles with CARB Phase 2 and TSCA Title VI compliant substrate. Intended for interior, protected applications -- sharp profile detail and stable paint adhesion. Note: not recommended for high-moisture environments.

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) Phase 2 sets formaldehyde emission limits for composite wood products sold or used in California -- and effectively functions as the de facto national standard for US trade buyers. Our MDF and finger-jointed production uses compliant adhesive systems and is verifiable by third-party testing.
TSCA Title VI
The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Title VI, administered by the US EPA, establishes formaldehyde emission standards for composite wood products sold into the US market. Our compliant production aligns with TSCA Title VI limits, with documentation available for import and customs purposes.
