CNC Custom Profile Manufacturing
We work directly from your CAD drawings or physical samples. Our CNC machining centres hold tolerances to ±0.2 mm across solid wood, finger-jointed, MDF and veneered substrates. New profile tooling is typically set up within 3-7 business days of drawing approval, and first-article samples are submitted for sign-off before full-run production begins.

Phased Project Delivery
Construction projects rarely receive all materials on a single date. We schedule production and container loading in batches aligned to your site handover milestones -- whether that is a floor-by-floor hotel fit-out or a sequential multi-building residential programme. Each shipment carries its own packing list and quality report, so your site team can verify receipt without cross-referencing the full order.

Full Compliance Documentation
Project procurement audits require more than a product data sheet. We supply FSC chain-of-custody certificates, CARB Phase II compliance letters, ISO 9001 quality system documentation, CE declarations of performance, and E0/E1 formaldehyde emission test reports as standard with each order. CO, commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading are prepared to your specified format.

Honest Limitations
When We May Not Be the Right Fit
We would rather flag a constraint before you place an order than after production has started. The following scenarios are worth discussing upfront.
Custom Profile Development Lead Time
New custom cross-sections require tooling setup, first-article sampling and buyer sign-off before full production begins. This process typically adds 10-21 days to the initial order timeline. Projects with confirmed architectural drawings and adequate procurement lead time are well-suited; last-minute specification changes mid-production carry real cost and schedule risk that we will flag explicitly during quoting.
Urgent Orders Under 21-Day Lead Time
If your project requires delivery within 21 days -- particularly for custom profiles not currently in production -- we may not be able to meet that window from our Xiamen facility. In these situations, we recommend prioritising a local stocking distributor or in-market warehouse source. We will tell you this during the initial enquiry rather than commit to a date we cannot hold.
Planning ahead pays off: buyers who share project schedules 8-12 weeks before their first delivery window consistently achieve the most reliable phased supply outcomes. We are happy to work backwards from your construction milestones to build a production and shipping plan.
