We accept CAD drawings, DXF files or physical samples as the basis for production. Profile interpretation is done by our technical team before tooling begins, reducing costly mid-run corrections.

20-60 SKUs per container. Project orders often require multiple profile types; we consolidate them into single shipments to reduce freight cost and complexity.
A note on scope: made-to-drawing production requires a confirmed profile drawing or physical sample before tooling begins. We do not produce to verbal descriptions alone. If your specification is still in development, we can assist with profile interpretation -- but lead times begin from drawing confirmation, not initial enquiry.
