- TSCA Title VI -- EPA's federal formaldehyde emission standard, mirroring CARB Phase 2 requirements nationally.
- FSC Chain of Custody -- for buyers requiring certified sustainably sourced timber documentation.
Scope note: CARB/TSCA applies to MDF and composite-core profiles. Solid wood mouldings are not subject to these emission standards.
Canada
- Formaldehyde Regulation Alignment -- Canadian regulations reference CARB-equivalent limits for composite wood; our MDF and finger-jointed products are produced to meet these thresholds.
- ISO 9001 -- quality management system certification covering design, production and inspection processes.
- Complete Export Documents -- Certificate of Origin (CO), Packing List (PL) and Commercial Invoice (CI) prepared to Canadian customs requirements.
Scope note: Canada Customs tariff classifications and any applicable import permits are the responsibility of the importer of record; we provide documentation to support the process.
UK & Europe
- E1 / E0 Formaldehyde Standards -- European/UK formaldehyde emission classes applicable to panel-based and MDF profiles; E0 available on request.
- CE Marking -- available where applicable for structural and finishing profiles under relevant EU/UKCA construction product regulations.
- RAL Colour Matching -- painted and primed profiles can be produced to specified RAL references for UK and European architectural programmes.
Scope note: UKCA marking requirements differ from CE marking post-Brexit; confirm applicable conformity route with your UK importer of record before specifying.
