Every capability below is handled in-house at our Xiamen facility. We do not subcontract packaging, labelling or documentation to third parties.
Flexible Mixed-SKU Loading
We routinely load 20-60 distinct SKUs into a single FCL -- mixing profiles, species, surface treatments and length bundles within one shipment. This means you top up multiple shelf positions in one container cycle rather than committing entire loads to a single product, improving inventory turn and reducing the risk of over-stocking any one line.
Private Label & Export Documentation
We produce under your brand, not ours. Packaging can carry your logo, colour palette, barcode, item numbers and any regulatory marks required by your target market. Pallet configurations follow the standard you specify. Every shipment ships with a complete documentation set -- Certificate of Origin (CO), Packing List (PL) and Commercial Invoice (CI) -- prepared to your customs broker's requirements.
Long-Term Restocking Program
Shelf programs depend on consistent supply. We work with distributors on forward production scheduling -- coordinating batch timing, lead times and volume forecasts so restock containers arrive before you reach zero stock, not after. Batch-to-batch colour and dimension consistency is controlled through retained production records, which means your SKUs look and measure the same whether the order ships in month three or month thirty.
Discontinued SKU Reproduction
When a supplier discontinues a profile your customers still buy, you face a choice: find an exact replacement or lose the sale. We have replicated more than 300 discontinued profiles to date. Send us a physical sample, a measured drawing or a dimensioned photograph, and we can typically begin sample development within days. This capability reduces the gap between a discontinued line and a like-for-like replacement on your shelf.

Honest Scope & Limitations
What This Program Is -- and Is Not
We work best as a long-term FCL supply partner. Before you enquire, there are a few structural points worth knowing so we do not waste each other's time.

FCL Only -- No LCL or Parcel Wholesale
Our minimum supply unit is a full container load (FCL). We do not offer less-than-container-load (LCL) consolidation, groupage shipments or small parcel wholesale. If your current volume does not fill a container, this program is not the right fit until it does.

Finger-Jointed Profiles Are Not Suitable for Clear Finishes
Finger-jointed mouldings are manufactured for painted applications. Joint lines will be visible under transparent or semi-transparent lacquer finishes. If your market or product range requires a clear or stained finish, we will specify solid wood or veneered profiles during the quoting stage.

MDF Profiles Are for Interior Protected Applications Only
MDF mouldings are not suitable for exterior use, high-humidity environments or applications with sustained moisture exposure. If you distribute into markets where outdoor or wet-area trim is common, we will flag this during quoting.
We raise limitations during quoting -- not after production. If a specification is unsuitable for your intended application, we will say so before the order is placed.
