Who We Are
Xiamen Goodwood Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 in Haicang District, Xiamen, Fujian Province, China. Over nearly three decades, the company has grown from a regional millwork supplier into an integrated manufacturer exporting wood mouldings, architectural trim and engineered millwork profiles to trade buyers across North America, Europe and Australia.
Our production facility spans approximately 200,000 square metres and covers every stage of the manufacturing process -- from raw log intake and kiln drying through finger-jointing, veneering, coating, CNC precision finishing and export packaging. No production stage is subcontracted. This integrated model gives us direct control over batch consistency, lead times and quality at every checkpoint.
We work primarily with door and window manufacturers, building materials importers and distributors, OEM trim brands, large-scale project buyers and customers seeking to replace discontinued profiles. Our focus is on long-term supply relationships rather than one-off transactions, and most of our customer programmes run for multiple years.

A three-stage IQC / IPQC / FQC system with batch management and full traceability. Incoming materials, in-process production and finished goods are each inspected at defined checkpoints before the next stage begins.

A note on scope: finger-jointed mouldings are not recommended for clear-finish or transparent lacquer applications where joint lines would be visible. MDF profiles are suitable for interior, protected applications only. We identify suitability constraints during the quoting stage, before production begins.
How We Work
Our Approach to Long-Term Partnership
We manufacture wood mouldings and architectural profiles. We also recognise that for trade buyers -- whether a door manufacturer running a multi-year programme or a distributor expanding their SKU range -- the more important question is whether a supplier can be relied upon consistently over time, not just for the first order.
Our integrated facility, quality management system and certification portfolio are built around that requirement. Batch-to-batch colour and dimension consistency, predictable lead times, full traceability documentation and the capacity to handle mixed-SKU container loads are operational capabilities, not marketing claims -- they're what our production system is designed to deliver.
We are direct to trade. There are no intermediaries between our production floor and the buyers we work with. When a specification changes, a profile needs to be replicated or a delivery schedule needs to be adjusted, the communication goes directly to the team managing that production run.
