About Goodwood Mouldings Nearly 30 Years of Manufacturing Experience

Xiamen Goodwood Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995 in Haicang District, Xiamen, Fujian Province. For nearly three decades we have focused exclusively on the research, manufacturing and export of wood mouldings, architectural trim and engineered millwork profiles -- supplying trade buyers in North America, Europe and Australia from a single, fully integrated facility.

Our Philosophy

More Than a Manufacturer -- A Long-Term Supply Chain Partner

We do not think of ourselves purely as a factory that produces wood mouldings and architectural profiles. Our goal is to be the supplier our customers stop searching for -- the one they can rely on for batch-to-batch consistency, predictable lead times and a compliance record that holds up under audit. That means we invest in professional manufacturing capability, a structured three-stage quality management system and the full portfolio of certifications required by North American, European and Australian trade buyers. When a specification changes, a supply programme scales up, or a discontinued profile needs to be matched, we want to be the partner our customers call first, not as a last resort.

Three Pillars of Trade Confidence

What Underpins Every Order We Ship

Trade buyers typically evaluate a manufacturer on three dimensions: production capacity, compliance credentials and quality assurance. Below is a summary of each area -- each links to a dedicated page where we go into the specifics rather than the headlines.

Certifications

We hold six active international certifications required by the markets we serve. FSC chain-of-custody covers our timber sourcing. CARB Phase 2 and EPA compliance address formaldehyde emission limits for the US market. CE marking applies to relevant product categories for the European market. ISO 9001 governs our overall management system. E0/E1 emission standards are maintained across MDF-substrate products.

Quality Control

We operate a three-stage quality management system across every production run. IQC (Incoming Quality Control) inspects raw materials and components at intake. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) monitors critical parameters at each production stage. FQC (Final Quality Control) covers dimensional verification, surface and coating inspection, and packaging integrity before every shipment.

  • IQC -- incoming material inspection
  • IPQC -- in-process stage monitoring
  • FQC -- pre-shipment final inspection
Our Quality Control Process

A note on scope: finger-jointed mouldings are not recommended for clear-finish or transparent-lacquer applications where joint lines would be visible, and MDF profiles are intended for interior, protected environments only. We identify suitability constraints during the quoting stage, not after production has begun.

Markets We Serve

Manufacturing capability and certification coverage only translate into value when they match the specific sourcing requirements of your market and business model. We work with door and window manufacturers, building material importers and distributors, OEM trim brands, project and contract buyers, and companies replacing discontinued profiles -- each with distinct requirements around volume, lead times, packaging and compliance.

Our Markets overview page explains how our production setup maps to the specific needs of each buyer type, including typical order structures, SKU flexibility and the certifications most relevant to each geography.
