Door & Window Components Engineered to Fit Your Line, Not the Other Way Around
We manufacture complete door casing and frame systems, split-jamb assemblies, CNC-routed custom profiles, and made-to-print semi-finished structural components -- all produced in-house at our 200,000 m² Xiamen facility. Pre-machining is standard, not an add-on.
Three Capabilities That Reduce Your Production Cost
Our door and window component manufacturing is built around reducing the number of operations your team performs on-site -- not just delivering timber to your dock.
Complete Door Casing & Frame System
We supply full door casing and frame systems as a single-source package: split-jamb assemblies, head casing, side casing, and CNC-routed custom profiles -- all cut to your drawings. Structural components are milled from solid wood or finger-jointed blanks depending on your specification; decorative overlays can be veneered to match your door skin finish.
- Split-jamb and solid-jamb configurations
- CNC-routed to CAD/DXF drawings
- Veneer overlay available to match door skin
- Mixed SKU container loading (20-60 profiles)
Pre-Machining Reduces On-Site Work
Components arrive with hinge pockets, mortise cutouts, hardware bore locations, and mitre angles already completed to tolerance. This is not a premium service tier -- it is how we produce all structural door components by default, because it reduces the number of operations your assembly line or installation crew must perform.
- Hinge pockets and mortise cutouts pre-routed
- Hardware bore locations pre-drilled to spec
- Mitre and cope angles cut before shipment
- CAD-to-CNC workflow -- no interpretation gap
Structural-Grade Adhesive Standard
All load-bearing door frame and jamb components are bonded with PUR (polyurethane reactive) adhesive as our internal production standard. PUR delivers a cross-linked, waterproof bond that does not creep under sustained load -- a meaningful distinction for structural door frames that will carry hardware, handle daily cycling, and be exposed to humidity variation over a multi-year service life.
- PUR adhesive: cross-linked, waterproof bond
- No creep under sustained hardware load
- Suitable for humid and climate-variable environments
- Internal QC checkpoint at every lamination stage

PUR Is Our Default -- But It May Not Be What You Need
Our internal production standard applies PUR adhesive to all load-bearing door frame and jamb components. PUR delivers a structurally reliable, moisture-resistant bond that holds up under hardware load and humidity cycling -- and that is why we use it by default for anything structural.
However, if your application is non-structural decorative door casing -- trim applied over a finished opening that carries no hardware load -- PVA-grade adhesive is a technically appropriate and more cost-effective choice. We produce a decorative-grade version of our casing profiles bonded with PVA for exactly this use case.
The distinction matters at the quoting stage, not after production. If you are unsure which category your application falls into, tell us the installation context -- whether the frame will carry hinges, a latch set, or closer hardware -- and we will advise before we quote.
Non-Structural Decorative Casing
If the casing carries no hardware load and is applied purely as an architectural finish, our PVA-grade decorative product is appropriate and lower cost. Please specify this at inquiry stage.
MDF Components Are Interior-Only
MDF-core door casing is not suitable for exterior or high-humidity applications. We will flag this during quoting if your specified profile uses MDF substrate.
Finger-Jointed Frames and Clear Finishes
Finger-jointed door frame components are not recommended for clear-coat or transparent lacquer finishes where joint lines would be visible. Specify solid-blank construction if a natural wood appearance is required.
