Every component is produced in-house across our integrated facility -- from raw timber processing through CNC finishing and export packaging. No subcontracting, no third-party milling.
Split Door Jambs
Two-piece split jamb systems machined to precise wall thickness tolerances, compatible with pre-hung door assembly workflows for manufacturers and contractors.
Complete Door Frame Systems
Full frame sets -- head jamb, side jambs and sill -- pre-fabricated to supplied drawings or standard profiles, using PUR-bonded finger-jointed or solid timber to meet structural load requirements.
CNC-Routed Window & Door Surrounds
Custom profile mouldings for window and door surrounds, machined on our CNC line from CAD or physical reference. Suitable for timber window moulding supplier programs requiring consistent batch production.
Project-Matched Component Sets
Pre-fabricated sets matched to project drawings for multi-family, hospitality and commercial builds. Delivered with export documentation (CO, PL, CI) and batch-scheduled dispatch.
A note on scope: door frame components manufactured with finger-jointed substrates are not suitable for clear or transparent lacquer finishes where joint lines would be visible. We flag material and adhesive suitability during quoting, not after production.
Adhesive & Assembly Standard
Structural Adhesive Standard
Door frame components and structural jamb systems are manufactured using PUR (polyurethane reactive) adhesive systems -- not PVA -- to meet the long-term load and humidity exposure requirements of door and window installations. PVA adhesives are reserved for purely decorative mouldings where structural performance is not a design requirement.
- PUR Adhesive for Structural Applications
- Used on all load-bearing joints in door frames, split jambs and window frame components. PUR bonds cure chemically and are resistant to moisture cycling and temperature variation.
- Cyclic Load Suitability
- Frame joints must withstand repeated open-and-close cycles over the service life of the door. PUR adhesive systems are selected specifically to support this performance requirement.
- Declared at Quoting Stage
- Adhesive specification is confirmed in writing before production begins. Buyers sourcing window frame mouldings or structural door components receive adhesive and substrate documentation as part of the standard product file.
