Manufactured In-House, Start to Finish
Every wood moulding and trim profile we ship passes through a single, vertically integrated facility in Xiamen. Raw log intake, kiln drying, finger-jointing, veneer lamination, surface coating, CNC profile machining, and export packaging all take place under one roof -- under our own quality management system. No subcontracted steps means no handoff gaps, no batch inconsistency from third-party suppliers, and a supply chain you can trace from source material to shipping container.

Solid Wood Moulding
Milled from clear solid stock. Natural grain, high strength, suited for stain-grade and premium interior applications -- with the trade-off of higher material cost and greater sensitivity to humidity change.

Short wood segments joined under pressure for a stable, paint-ready profile. Available in PVA (decorative) and PUR (structural door frame) adhesive systems.

All surface treatments are applied in our own coating facility. We do not outsource finishing -- which means colour consistency and adhesion standards remain under our direct quality control from batch to batch.
