Wood Moulding Products | Solid Wood, Finger-Jointed, MDF & Veneered
We run complete in-house production lines for all four core material types, plus CNC custom profiling and door & window component assembly -- so trade buyers can source one moulding family or a mixed program from a single factory floor.
Four Materials, Four Different Strengths
Solid wood carries natural grain and figure that no reconstituted substrate can fully replicate. Finger-jointed profiles use shorter clear sections joined end to end, which typically gives a lower per-linear-foot cost for painted applications. MDF mouldings offer a flat, uniform surface that takes primer and paint cleanly, while veneered mouldings pair an engineered core with a real or engineered wood face layer to approximate the look of solid stock at a different price point.
We won't pretend one material fits every project -- for example, finger-jointed moulding is not recommended where a clear or transparent lacquer finish is planned, since the joint lines will show through, and MDF profiles are built for interior, moisture-protected applications only. Each of our product pages goes into the specification detail, finish options and application limits so you can confirm fit before quoting.
