Profile Match Against Our Library or New Tooling
We first check our library of 300+ reproduced profiles. A library match shortens development time considerably. If no match exists, we assess new tooling requirements and share costs transparently.

Sample Development (typically 3-7 days)
Sample production begins once reference and tooling are confirmed. Physical samples are dispatched for your approval before any volume production is scheduled.

Volume Production
Approved samples lock in the specification. Volume production follows with IQC, IPQC and FQC quality checkpoints. Mixed-container loading and private-label packaging available.

CAD/CNC Reverse Engineering
When no drawing exists, our CNC team works from physical samples or photographs to reconstruct the profile geometry. Full in-house process -- no outsourced tooling or subcontracted finishing.
Multiple Substrate Options
Legacy profiles can be reproduced in solid wood, finger-jointed, MDF or veneered substrate depending on the application, budget and finish requirement. We advise on suitability before production.
