OEM / ODM Development
We support new product development from drawn reference or physical sample through to production-ready tooling. Submit a CAD file, a sketch, or a physical profile -- our engineering team translates it into a CNC toolpath, produces a pre-production sample for your approval, and locks the spec before full-run commitment.

Full Finishing Capability
Coating, veneering and surface finishing are completed in-house -- not subcontracted. We run primer coat, paint coat and topcoat sequences in controlled conditions, with IQC, IPQC and FQC checkpoints at each stage. Export documentation -- including CO, PL, CI and CARB/FSC compliance records -- is prepared as standard.

Private Label Packaging
We produce and apply your brand's packaging -- not ours. This includes custom-printed wrap labels, colour-matched header cards, GS1-compliant barcodes, and standardised pallet configurations matched to your retailer or distributor requirements. Your end customer sees your brand; we stay invisible.

OEM/ODM Works Best at Container Scale -- Here's Why
OEM/ODM custom development -- tooling, pre-production sampling, private-label packaging setup and compliance documentation -- involves fixed costs that are absorbed across a full container order. In our experience, these programmes work most reliably when the initial order supports at least one full container load.
That doesn't mean smaller trial orders are impossible. But if your first order is significantly below container volume, we'd rather discuss the specifics before either side commits -- some SKU combinations and packaging configurations make sub-container runs more feasible than others.
We also want to flag one technical limitation specific to certain substrates: finger-jointed mouldings are not suitable for clear or transparent lacquer finishes where joint lines would be visible. If your brand requires a clear-coat natural wood appearance, solid wood profiles are the appropriate substrate. We flag this at the quoting stage, not after production.
Our recommendation: Before we discuss tooling costs or MOQs, tell us your target SKU count, estimated annual volume and packaging requirements. That conversation usually takes 15 minutes and determines whether a container-scale programme is the right fit, or whether a different sourcing structure makes more sense for your brand at this stage.
