Surface Coating Systems
Primer coats, finish coats, UV-cured and moisture-resistant systems applied in-house. We match finish requirements to your application environment -- interior trim, door components or exterior-grade profiles where relevant.
Note: coating suitability depends on substrate and end-use conditions. We assess compatibility before production, not after.
Natural & Engineered Veneer Lamination
Real-wood veneer faces over MDF or finger-jointed substrates provide the visual quality of solid wood with improved dimensional stability. Species selection and grain matching are coordinated to your specification.
Private Label Packaging & Barcoding
Your brand name, logo, product codes and barcodes printed on packaging. Colored labelling and retail-ready bundle formats available. We do not appear on any customer-facing packaging unless requested.
Full Export Documentation
Certificate of Origin (CO), Packing List (PL), Commercial Invoice (CI) and any market-specific compliance documents prepared in full -- ready for your customs clearance and brand to go to market.
Long-Term Replenishment
Once your line is established and sampling approved, we maintain production records, tooling and coating specifications to ensure batch-to-batch consistency across replenishment orders over multiple years.
