Matched to Skirting Board Sets
Architrave profiles are engineered to coordinate with skirting board sets, so buyers can order a consistent trim package for a single project rather than sourcing components separately from different suppliers. We supply both as part of the same production run where required.
Structural-Grade Finger-Jointing for Door Frame Applications
Finger-jointed and solid wood options are both available. Door frame components requiring structural load-bearing use our reinforced PUR-bonded joint construction rather than standard decorative-grade bonding -- an important distinction for door and window manufacturers specifying casing under load.
CNC Profiling from Customer CAD/DWG Files
CNC-profiled window and door casing is available from customer-submitted CAD or DWG files, supporting project-specific and heritage-matching sections. This includes discontinued profile reproduction -- we have replicated 300+ profiles to date, with sample development typically beginning within days of receiving a physical or drawn reference.
Primed White as Standard; RAL/NCS & Veneer Finishes Available
Architrave and casing profiles are supplied primed white as standard for direct-to-site or paint-ready delivery. RAL/NCS colour matching and veneer finishes are available for trade orders where specification requires a factory-applied finish rather than site painting.
A note on substrate selection: finger-jointed architrave is not recommended for clear or transparent lacquer finishes where joint lines would be visible. MDF casing profiles are suitable for interior, dry-area applications only and are not recommended for external or high-humidity environments. We flag substrate suitability during quoting.
