For new customers' first cooperation, we are very flexible. Solid wood mouldings and finger-jointed mouldings typically accept 1x20ft container with mixed loading (20-60 SKUs). MDF mouldings can be as low as 500 linear meters per profile to support sample development. For engineering door jamb components, evaluation is required based on drawings. We encourage customers to build trust through small orders before gradually expanding cooperation.

Standard process is approximately 45 days. Breakdown: drawing confirmation and sampling 3-7 days, material preparation and production 25-30 days, remaining time for shipping booking and loading. For repeat orders, since tooling is ready and some materials are in stock, lead time can be reduced to 25-30 days.

We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C at sight (Letter of Credit). For long-term cooperation customers, more flexible payment terms can be negotiated. First-time cooperation typically requires 30% deposit in advance, with balance paid upon copy of B/L.

We own three manufacturing facilities and a standardized production scheduling system. Upon order confirmation, we provide estimated delivery dates and weekly progress updates. Over the past 2 years, 90%+ of orders were shipped on or before the promised date. In case of force majeure (shipping, policy changes, etc.), we notify you immediately and work together on solutions.

Absolutely. We provide reverse engineering services: you only need to send a sample of 30cm+ length (or even clear photos), and we use 3D scanners to capture profile data with 0.2mm precision. Over 300 discontinued SKUs have been successfully replicated through this method.

Standard samples take 3-7 days. For new customers' first cooperation, sample fees are typically negotiable and can be refunded with bulk orders. Please discuss specifics with our sales team.

We maintain a database of 1200+ CAD drawings covering most North American/European common profiles including door/window casings, baseboards, crown mouldings, etc. Provide us with a profile number or sketch, and we can check free of charge whether we have existing tooling, saving you tooling costs.

Yes. We can apply your brand's barcode labels, color labels on each piece, wrap pallets with stretch film featuring your logo, and provide standardized export documents (CO, PL, CI, etc.), allowing your customers to receive products directly under your brand.
